Organised annually, LUIT has grown into a meaningful platform that brings together children, students, professionals, families, and cultural enthusiasts under one shared heritage to celebrate the enchanting cultural roots of the North Eastern part of India. 

For the various northeastern tribes and communities residing in Arunachal Pradesh, LUIT serves as a cultural bridge, preserving language, music, dance, rituals, and values while fostering unity across generations. Rooted in tradition yet evolving with time, LUIT reflects the living culture of North East India in its most vibrant form.
